Frequently Asked Questions

How do I connect my bank account?

After signing in, go to the Accounts tab and tap "Add Account". You'll be connected through Plaid, a secure service that links to over 12,000 financial institutions. We never see or store your bank login credentials — Plaid handles authentication directly with your bank.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed on iPhone (Apple): Go to your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Money and tap Cancel.

If you subscribed on the web (Stripe): Sign in at money.parsons.ai, go to Account → Manage Subscription to cancel or change your plan.

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Account → Delete Account. This will revoke all bank connections, cancel your subscription, and remove all stored data. This action cannot be undone.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes. All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption. Bank credentials are handled by Plaid (we never see them). Payment data is processed by Stripe (we never store card numbers). Our database uses row-level security so you can only access your own data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

The AI assistant isn't responding. What do I do?

The AI assistant requires an active subscription and available AI credits. Check your subscription status in Settings and ensure you have credits remaining. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in, or email us at hello+support@parsons.ai.
